Luis Llosa's (Director) first feature film "Dia Domingo" was based on a story by famous Peruvian novelist, Mario Vargas Llosa. He then co-produced and directed Hour of the Assassin (1987) starring Erik Estrada and Robert Vaughn for Roger Corman. This was followed by Crime Zone starring Sherilyn Fenn and David Carradine (1988) and Fire in the Amazon (1991) with Craig Sheffer and Sandra Bullock. The following year he directed Sniper for TriStar starring Tom Berenger. In 1994 he directed The Specialist with Sylvester Stallone, Sharon Stone and James Woods.

His production company, Iguana Productions, produces the highest rated television show in Peru.

Llosa started his career in Peru as a newspaper film critic and magazine writer. He then went on to direct documentaries and a popular weekly news magazine for Peruvian television.

He is married, has three children and now resides in Los Angeles.


Verna Harrah (Producer) is chairman of CL Cinema Line Films Corporation.

She oversees the production and development of all of the company's major feature film projects including such upcoming films as: Purgatory Road, a thriller set in Antarctica to be distributed by Warner Bros., All Around The Town, to be directed by Luis Mandoki, the sexual drama Heated for Columbia, Ghosthunter, a supernatural thriller, and the action film Bad Karma.


Susan Ruskin (Executive Producer) is president of production at CL Cinema Line Films Corporation, where she is involved in both the development and production of the company's projects.

Prior to joining CL Cinema Line, Ruskin was head of production for Gene Wilder's Pal-Mel Productions for nine years. There she produced Haunted Honeymoon, was executive in charge of production on See No Evil, Hear No Evil and associate produced The Woman in Red.

Ruskin began her career as a creative affairs associate with George Lucas and later served as director of development for Robert Stigwood.
