It's a long and hot summer in the south of London... Jamie Gangel skips school more than usual, he prefers watching TV in the flat where he lives with his mother. Leah lives next door, she has just been expelled from school, there is also Ste, a fit teenager, who gets regularly beaten up by his father and brother.
