Film Scouts on the Riviera 2000 is presented by:

Director James Gray, who explored the criminal underworld of Russian crime families in New York with his film "Little Odessa", returns to the New York dark side whith a film full of corruption and murder centering around the subway yards of New York City.

"The Yards" is the story of a young man who, after serving time in prison for something he didn't do, tries to get his life back together. His highly connected uncle gets him a job working in the subway yards where he is drawn back into the criminal life he wants to leave behind.
